We proclaim that women workers rights are human rights that should not be inflicted or ignored, and seek an equal society where women are not discriminated based on gender, where reproductive labor is socialized, where labor divisions based on gender are abolished, where maternity protection is respected and where women's rights to work through their life are protected.

We will fight for abolition of patriarchy in the society and commercialization of sex. We will fight for emancipating women workers from subservience, isolation, pessimism, victimization and help them stand up as an independent power of the society and as active partners in building equal society.

We will work for organizing women workers in Korea into an independent power in the society. We will focus on empowerment of women working as part-timers, contact-based employees and dispatched workers, whose job securities are highly unstable.

We will make the SWTU into a democratic and independent organization that is wide-open to its members, and gives joy and happiness to them. The SWTU will become an organization where women workers enjoy self-respects and self-achievements. For that purpose, we will respect women workers' lifestyle, sentiments and ability before everything else in every activities of the union, such as making decisions, holding conferences, collective bargaining and collective activities, promotions and cultural events.

We will fight for achieving women workers' rights at the workplace to make equal and human-faced working conditions for women workers. The SWTU will fight for achieving basic labor rights, equal payments, maternity protection, eradication and prevention of sexual violence, prevention of occupational disease, making women-worker-friendly workplace.

We oppose to the logic of competition and the logic of capital that caused structural high unemployment in many countries and support human-faced economy as an alternative to it. We believe that human-faced economy eventually bring forth a community, where the rights of the unemployed and the socially isolated are protected, where economic justice is realized, where diversity and equality are guaranteed and where every member can enjoy high quality of life.

In solidarity with workers and groups who want to change the world, we will fight for abolition of all kinds of discriminations, abolition of social problems, prevention of any kind of war, root-out abuse or infliction on human rights, and eventually for world peace.
